My Hero Academia Wordle

Six guesses. Five letters. A puzzle straight out of My Hero Academia.

My Hero Academia Wordle is a free word puzzle for MHA fans. The rules are the classic Wordle rules — guess a hidden 5-letter word in six tries, with colour-coded clues after each guess — but every answer comes from My Hero Academia: Class 1-A students like IZUKU, SHOTO, TENYA and TSUYU, Pro Heroes and villains with five-letter code names like HAWKS and TWICE, and the words that run through the series — QUIRK, SMASH, and the ULTRA of Plus Ultra.

It is free, runs in your browser, and needs no account. Drop in for one quick round, or run endless puzzles back to back as you make your way through the U.A. roster.

Why MHA fans love this Wordle

Ordinary Wordle uses ordinary English words. Here the vocabulary is the hook: every solved puzzle is a small callback to U.A. High, the Pro Hero rankings, or the League of Villains. If you can tell a Class 1-A name from a Pro Hero code name, you already have an edge.

There are no spoilers and nothing to read — just the words. It works as a quick break or a longer session, on phone or desktop, and your streak and best time are saved locally so you can come back and beat them.

Themed packs narrow the answer pool: "Heroes & Villains" for the names, and "Quirks & Terms" for the powers, the Plus Ultra spirit, and the words that shape the world of MHA.

How to play My Hero Academia Wordle

Type any 5-letter word and press Enter. Each tile changes colour: green means the letter is correct and in place, yellow means it is in the word somewhere else, and grey means it is not in the word at all.

Use that feedback over your six guesses to close in on the answer. In endless mode you can play as many puzzles as you want; in a themed pack the answer is limited to that category, so you can lean on what you know about MHA students, heroes, and Quirks.

Solve in fewer guesses and less time to score higher and climb the leaderboard. Lose, and the answer is revealed so you can learn it for next time.

Tips for solving the My Hero Academia Wordle

Open with strong vowels

Romanised MHA names lean on I, O and U — IZUKU, SHOTO, MIRIO, TSUYU. A first guess that tests several vowels (try QUIRK, ULTRA or SHORE) narrows things fast before you start guessing names.

Think in categories

If green and yellow tiles look like a name, run through Class 1-A and the Pro Heroes. If they look like a short, blunt word, think the terms — QUIRK, SMASH, ULTRA, POWER.

Watch the repeated letters

Several answers reuse vowels: IZUKU, TSUYU, KYOKA, OJIRO. If a letter comes back yellow and you have spare guesses, test it in two positions.
