By using Wordleos (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Wordleos is provided as a free entertainment website for personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Wordleos fairly. In particular, you agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, or other automated means to submit leaderboard scores or manipulate rankings;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its game API;
• submit display names that are offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information;
• scrape, copy, or republish the site's content or word banks for commercial purposes without permission.

We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

Intellectual property and fan-made status

Wordleos is an independent, fan-made project. The themed word banks reference characters, places, and terms from franchises such as Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, and various anime series. All such names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Wordleos is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those rights holders, including HBO, George R.R. Martin, or any other studio or publisher. The references are used in good faith for a transformative puzzle experience.

The original site design, code, and editorial copy are owned by Wordleos and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Advertising

Wordleos is supported by third-party advertising. Ads are served by partners that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of third-party advertisements or the websites they link to.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and streaks stored on your device will always be preserved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms or the site itself at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
